Whole Wheat Flax Bread

So I went to a bakery show in Toronto last month and discovered a few good products that I am starting to use in my bread. One is a new yeast that actually produces Vitamin D as it proofs. I have already been using that for about a month now. The other 2 are an organic dough conditioner that helps the bread be more consitent with texture and a whole wheat white flour that hasn't been bleached or over processed and still retains the whole grain fiber from the wheat. I just started using them and must say I love them both.
Next I will be adding DHA (omega 3) the brain food. I am using one derived from algae so its vegan and there are no worries of it containing mercury.
